1. Delivering Your Everyday Goodness

Mohik Right Nuts delivers carefully packed nuts, dry fruits and gift selections through our logistics partners. This policy explains delivery availability, shipping charges and what to do if your order needs attention.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most locations across India. Serviceability depends on your delivery address and is confirmed at checkout. Enter a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number so the courier can deliver your order.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Product availability, large order quantities, festive demand and courier conditions may affect the estimate. Check your order updates for dispatch and tracking information when available.

4. Shipping Charges

The shipping charge for your address and order is shown at checkout. Any applicable free-shipping offer is reflected in the final order total. Review the charges before completing your purchase; this page does not set a separate fixed shipping rate or threshold.

5. Gift Packs & Large Quantities

Gifting products can be ordered through the catalog in the quantity you need. Large orders may take additional preparation time depending on availability. Contact our team if you need to confirm stock or delivery timing before ordering.

6. Tracking Your Order

View your order status in your account and use the tracking information provided when your shipment is dispatched. If an update is missing or your delivery is delayed, contact us with your order number.

7. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, incorrect or incomplete order, contact our team within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, products and relevant labels. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for next steps.

8. Address Changes & Delivery Difficulties

Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch. Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped. If a delivery attempt fails, our team can help you check the courier status and any available next steps.
